We are thrilled to announce the official signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) dated November 1st, 2026, between Gamal ALJAABI LAW FIRM (Republic of Yemen) and LEGALLANDS LLP, acting through its Flagship Bureau of Economic Legal Aid (BELA) based in New Delhi, India, alongside its branch LEGALLANDS INC in New York, USA.
This strategic partnership aims to establish a collaborative framework under which each Party will provide comprehensive services to clients referred by the other, driving mutual growth and success.
:Scope of Services
Under this MoU, the Parties agree to provide the following services to referred clients:

Entry-stage Evaluations: Including Due Diligence and Risk Analysis.

Entity Formation and Structuring: Along with trade-specific permits.

Establishment Setup: Covering HR and Immigration Assistance.

Contracts & IPR: Contract Convening, Technology Transfer, Network Selection, and Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) Protection.

Logistics: Distribution Channels, Warehousing, and Logistics.

Finance & Litigation: Banking and Finances, Regulatory & Audit Assurance, and Litigation Support Services.
:Key Terms of the Agreement

Tenure: The MoU commences on the Effective Date and remains in effect indefinitely, unless terminated by either Party with at least 15 days’ prior written notice via e-mail.

Confidentiality: Both Parties agreed not to disclose or communicate confidential information except as necessary to achieve the purpose of the MoU.

Financial Terms: Service fees and commission rates shall be mutually agreed upon on a case-by-case basis.

Marketing & Promotion: The Parties granted each other the non-exclusive right to promote the alliance on their
