A Sharia and Law graduate from Sana’a University and a licensed lawyer authorized to appear before Courts of First Instance, the Public Prosecution, the Police, and other relevant authorities.
I believe that the legal profession is a humanitarian and ethical mission aimed at giving a voice to the wronged, mitigating harm and injustice, protecting legitimate rights and interests, and seeking redress for violated rights. At its core, a lawyer is a “standing judge”, being among the first to monitor the integrity of legal procedures and the proper application of the law to a case from the moment a dispute arises and the first legal action is taken, before the matter reaches the courts of first instance, appellate courts, and ultimately the court of cassation.
Accordingly, the lawyer’s role is not merely to present a client’s position, but also to provide early legal oversight, uphold the rule of law, and identify procedural or legal errors before they develop into judicial proceedings upon which a judgment may ultimately be based.
I possess a diverse range of professional and leadership skills, good computer skills, and a very good command of the English language.
